What do we do?

We repair and sell devices - primarily phones, tablets and computers. We fix all models, including Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, LG, HTC, OnePlus and more.

Where are we located?

We are proud to be located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. You can find us at 918 West Madison Street (across from FedEx Office and next to LA Tan).

What if I don't know what is wrong with my device?
A.

Not a problem! We offer free diagnostics on all phone repair, tablet repair and computer repair requests. We will examine your device and run quick tests to pinpoint a cause for the issue you are facing. Once we complete the diagnostic, our technician will give you the diagnosis, specify what needs to be repaired/replaced and a cost for doing so. If at that point you do not wish to move forward, we will return your device to you - no questions asked.

How much will my repair cost?
A.

The cost of each repair varies. However, you do have a few options to get a direct quote for your repair. Email or call the shop to discuss your issue and get a streamlined quote specifically for your device and issue. You can always find a chat option at the bottom right-hand side corner of our website. Or, simply schedule your repair now and let us tell you in person exactly how we can help with your smartphone, tablet or computer repair.

Do you offer a warranty?
A.

Yes. Our repairs are accompanied with a lifetime warranty. We guarantee our parts and services provided to your device. That means, our repair to your phone, tablet or computer is covered without cost forever. New damage to your device - including, but not limited to, accidental or water damage, is not covered under this warranty.

What if there are several issues with my device?
A.

We can take care of all issues you are experiencing with your device. We offer bundled pricing for multiple repairs as well. Since the issues you are experiencing may have various root causes, it is best to take advantage of our free diagnosis. Please contact us at the shop to go over what you are experiencing, and we can walk you through pricing or next steps for a repair.

Can I buy a device online?
A.

Unfortunately, we are not set up for online sales at the moment. Stay tuned, though. We are working on offering this to our customers very soon!
